5. Intellectual Property
All materials created during the service—such as documents, designs, or templates—remain the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice (21 days). Outstanding payments must be settled before termination is finalized.
7. Disclaimer
We do our best to provide accurate and efficient services. However, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or website.
